Material :
- 6 bananas, peeled, sliced oblique.
- 1kg of cassava, grated, squeezed, throw away the water.
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- ½ grated coconut, mixed with a spoonful of salt.
- Banana leaves for wrapping.
How to make :
1. Mix grated cassava with sugar and salt, stir well.
2. Take a piece of banana leaf, add 3 tablespoons of cassava dough, fill the middle with banana slices, then wrap. Do it until the ingredients run out.
3. Steam for 25 minutes until cooked. Lift. Serve with grated coconut.
