Resep Bolu keju panggang oven
Lemon cheese muffin
Material :
- 2 cups of flour (plain flour).
- 2 tsp baking powder.
- 1 cup fine granulated sugar.

- 1/2 cup low-fat liquid milk.
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
- 1 egg.
- grated lemon peel from 2 lemons.
-Cream cheese.
How to make :
1. Mix all dry ingredients such as flour, baking powder, grated lemon peel and sugar, stir well.
2. Then add eggs, mix well.
3. Add other liquid ingredients such as melted butter/margarine, lemon juice and liquid milk. Stir anything as long as it mixes well for a while.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold that has been covered with paper cup for the first 1/3 part, then add 1 tsp cream cheese and pour the mixture back up to about 3/4 of the pan.
5. Bake in the oven at 180 dC for approximately 25 minutes until cooked "it's better to know the heat of each oven so that the results are better".

Bahan :
- 2 cangkir tepung (tepung biasa).
- 2 sdt baking powder.
- 1 cangkir gula pasir halus.

- 1/2 cangkir susu cair rendah lemak.
- 1/4 cangkir jus lemon.
- 1 telur.
- parutan kulit lemon dari 2 buah lemon.
-Krim keju.
Bagaimana membuat :
1. Campur semua bahan kering seperti tepung terigu, baking powder, parutan kulit lemon dan gula pasir, aduk rata.
2. Lalu tambahkan telur, aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan bahan cair lainnya seperti mentega/margarin yang sudah dicairkan, air jeruk lemon dan susu cair. Aduk apa saja asalkan tercampur rata sebentar.
4. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan yang sudah dialasi paper cup sebanyak 1/3 bagian pertama, lalu tambahkan 1 sdt cream cheese dan tuang adonan kembali hingga kira-kira 3/4 loyang.
5. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 180 dC selama kurang lebih 25 menit hingga matang "lebih baik diketahui panas masing-masing oven agar hasilnya lebih bagus".
