Soft and sweet black sticky rice pudding recipe
Material:
- 1000 ml of boiled water.
- 200 gr of sugar.
- 180 ml of coconut milk.
- 200 grams of black sticky rice.
- pinch of salt.
- 2 packs of plain powdered agar.
How to make:
1. Mix everything together, stir well until the agar dissolves and doesn't clot. Cook over medium heat until it boils. Keep stirring so the coconut milk doesn't break. Put the cooked agar mixture into the tin, let it cool and harden. Cut and serve.
