Resep kue Kekinian mudah dan murah
Gyozaa
Material :
- 40 pieces of round gyoza skin / wonton skin / wonton skin.
- 1 tbsp cooking oil.
- 100 ml of water.
Material content:
- 200 gr minced beef 1/10 part of cabbage/cabbage, finely sliced.
- 1 tbsp gari/pickled ginger, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated.
- 1 egg.
- 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp ground pepper.
- 1 tbsp mirin" I replaced it with 1/2 tsp sugar.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1 tbsp shoyu/soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil.
How to make :
1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough/filling, stir well..
2. Take a piece of gyoza skin, add 1 tsp of filling. Fold the skin in half. Twist or fold one of the contents while pressing firmly. Do the same as the other ingredients.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the gyoza, cook until the bottom is browned and slightly dry.
4. Pour in about 100 ml of water, increase the heat and simmer until the gyoza are cooked and the water is almost gone.
5. Remove, serve warm with sweet soy sauce or bottled chili sauce.
